FIRST MALAYSIAN INDIGENOUS PEOPLES' CONFERENCE ON EDUCATION-1st MIPCE,

Grand Welcoming to the guest of honor, Deputy Minister of Minister of Education., representing YB. Minister of Education, Malaysia. The opening ceremony was attended by about 2,500 people plus 157 participants of 1st MIPCE from Zew Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, The Philippines, Sarawak, West Malaysia and Sabah. Speakers from USA, New Zealand, Indonesia, The Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia presented their papers relating to The Education and Indegenous People. 1st MIPCE was joinly orgnised by UNESCO, SIL International, Kadazan Dusun Language Foundation, Iranun Culture and Language Association, and United Sabah Bajau Organisation
